It is with great joy and gratitude I welcome you to our online presence. This platform is a gateway to the vibrant life and mission of our Province, offering insights into our spiritual, educational and social ministries at the example of our Founders Holy Brother Pedro Betancur and Blessed Mother Maria Encarnacion Rosal.

We are the living Charism. We are the present and we are the future. As members of our religious community, we are entrusted with a profound and sacred gift: our Bethlemite charism – Bethlehem and Cross. This charism, a unique expression of the Holy Spirit’s presence and action in our lives, is not merely a relic of our founding days but a living, dynamic force that shapes our identity, mission and purpose.

We are the living charism. Our charism is alive in each of us, calling us to embody the values and principles that define our spiritual heritage. It is manifested in our daily actions, our prayers, our service to others and our commitment to the poor and vulnerable. Every time we reach out to those in need, every act of kindness, every moment of genuine connection, we are bringing our charism to life. Our Charism is not a static tradition but a vibrant and evolving reality continuously renewed by the Holy Spirit.

We are the present. In our current time, we are bearers of this charism. It is our responsibility to live it authentically and to witness to its power and relevance in today’s world. The challenges and opportunities we face today require us to be innovative and courageous, finding new ways to express our charism in response to the signs of the times. Our commitment to living our charism now, in the present moment, ensures that it remains a source of life and inspiration for us and for those we serve.

We are the future. As we look forward, we recognize that the future of our charism depends on us. We are called to be stewards of the precious gift, nurturing it and passing it on to the future generations. This requires us to be visionary to dream new possibilities and to work towards a future where our charism continues to flourish. By investing in the formation and education of our sisters, by fostering a spirit of collaboration and mutual support and by remaining open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we ensure that our charism will endure and continue to be a beacon of hope and light through our services making difference in the field of education, Social Service and pastoral ministries.

In embracing our identity as living charism, we acknowledge our role in the present and our responsibility for the future. Let us therefore, commit ourselves anew to living out our charism with passion and purpose, trusting that God, who has begun this good work in us, will bring it to completion.
